VIP Corporate Gifts provides corporate gifting products, curated gift sets, branded merchandise, employee welcome kits, festive hampers, recognition gifts, packaging solutions, and related business gifting services. Product availability, specifications, packaging, and branding options may vary based on stock, supplier timelines, and order quantity.

Bulk corporate orders may require additional confirmation, production planning, procurement time, artwork approval, and advance payment. VIP Corporate Gifts may request partial or full advance payment before processing large orders, customized orders, or orders requiring special sourcing.

• Customers must review and approve artwork, logo placement, spellings, colors, sizes, and other customization details before production begins.
• VIP Corporate Gifts is not responsible for errors in approved artwork or details submitted incorrectly by the customer.
• Customized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
• Delivery timelines for customized products may differ from standard ready-to-ship products.
• Product colors, print shades, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to display settings, production processes, lighting, or material batches.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Pricing may change based on quantity, customization, packaging, taxes, shipping destination, supplier cost, or product availability. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and special service charges may be added to the final invoice or quotation.

Orders are processed only after payment terms are accepted and the required payment or advance is received. Bulk corporate orders, customized orders, and special procurement orders may require advance payment. Any balance payment, if applicable, must be completed as agreed before dispatch or delivery.

An order is considered confirmed only after product details, quantities, pricing, delivery information, artwork approval where applicable, and payment terms are accepted. VIP Corporate Gifts reserves the right to refuse, hold, or cancel fraudulent, suspicious, incomplete, incorrectly priced, or unavailable orders.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order size, customization, destination, courier serviceability, seasonal demand, weather, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information.

Cancellation requests must be made as early as possible. Ready-to-ship orders may be cancelled only before dispatch, subject to order status. Customized, logo printed, specially sourced, or bulk orders cannot be cancelled once procurement, branding, packing, or production has started.

Returns or refunds are handled based on product condition, customization status, delivery proof, and the nature of the issue. Customized, logo printed, personalized, or specially sourced products are generally not eligible for return unless there is a verified defect, damage, or fulfillment error. The VIP Corporate Gifts name, website content, product photography, catalog content, designs, graphics, and branding are protected intellectual property. Customers confirm that they have the right to use any logos, artwork, trademarks, or brand assets submitted to us for customization.

VIP Corporate Gifts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of our website, delay in delivery, courier disruptions, supplier delays, customer-provided artwork errors, or use of delivered products, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the region where VIP Corporate Gifts operates, unless otherwise required by law.
